"Fue mi primera estancia en este hotel. Fuí por tres días y dos noches para celebrar mi cumpleaños y fue una experiencia espectacular desde el proceso de "check in" hasta el "check out". Personal amable y siempre con una sonrisa. Hotel limpio por todas partes; habitación, baños, (incluídos los de las áreas comunes), restaurante, lobby, exterior, etc. El desayuno "buffet" bien variado ambos días y sabroso. Los meseros me sorprendieron celebrando mi cumpleaños con un sabroso pedazo de pastel de dulce de leche con velita y todo. (Eso fue un "plus" a mi experiencia) Las camas super cómodas con cuatro almohadas, jajajaja, me encantó! El área de la piscina estaba bien ambientada con suficientes muebles de distintos modelos para todos los gustos, buena música, excelentes meseros en el bar, en especial Silvia quien se destacó entre las que estaban en esa área sirviéndonos todo lo solicitado de manera eficiente y muy simpática. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y regresaré. Pude redimir el 20% de descuento que Hotels.com me ofreció al hacer esta reservación en el restaurante. Sí funciona!! Gracias a todo el personal del hotel por tan grata experiencia."
