"The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which was a positive. ​However, our arrival was slightly marred by an issue: all electrical outlets in the room were not working. Although we initially informed the staff, we unfortunately had to ask a couple of times before the issue was properly addressed. ​Once we pushed for a solution, the staff member who finally handled it was extremely helpful. "The staff at the front desk were not very helpful. There is no elevator, if you are bringing luggage and children you have to carry everything up by yourself and all the stairs have different heights. The breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. All the toilets did not have toilet seats and they said that was “normal”. The volleyball court had a perimeter net and if the ball slipped pasted it would go down a cliff. WiFi was not good either."
