トイレとお風呂が新しくて良かったです。 タオルも用意してあり、良かったです。 GWに安く泊まれて、京都駅にも1駅でしたので良かったです。 もう少し清掃が行き届いていたら、もっと良かったです。 潔癖症の私は見兼ねて掃除してしまいました。

超棒的民宿

乾淨舒適,有洗衣機可以洗衣服,也有晾衣服的架子,廚房有爐子烤箱和微波爐,可以自己煮東西,交通離JR 東福寺站走路五分鐘,離公車站只要一分鐘,非常方便,屋主也會在出發前提供詳細的交通資訊,以及屋內用品的詳細指南,非常推薦!

Pick for location at Tofuku-ji station not comfort

If you want a hotel room with a soft comfy bed - this is not for you. The apartment is more like a private Japanese home. Thin futons on the floor, and uncomfortable chairs. But it has two rooms, a nice bathroom, washing machine and other appliances. It was clean and quiet. The Tofuku-ji station is only one stop from Kyoto Station and very central. But the local neighborhood is truly less than charming. The view of the river is obstruced by an elevated road. The owner sends a really good guide per mail beforehand with instructions. There is no staff.

The accommodations were excellent. Two couples and one child and we had plenty of room. It was very clean and user friendly. It was not very far from the train station. And the area was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

동네라서 조용하고 편안하게 지내다 왔어요

처음에는 지하철역에서 걸어가는게 많이 불편할 것 같았는데 동네구경도하고 또 역이랑 떨어져 있어서 조용하고 좋았어요 하루 비왔는데 우산 있냐고 먼저 물어봐주시고 우산 빌려주셔서 정말 감사했어요 숙소안도 냄새도 안나고 진짜 깨끗해서 쾌적하게 지내고 왔어요 다음에 교토갈때 또 이용하고싶어요

We really appreciated the thorough directions sent via email prior to our stay that included the metro lines to chose and walking directions from the station to the house. The neighborhood was great and the place was neat and cozy.

意外と期待以上に清潔な宿

とにかく駅からも近いし建物も新しいのでとても良かったですが、強いて言えば小さなことですが２件あります。 1件目は、風呂のシャワーヘッドのフックが上下２個あったのですが下のフックの取り付けが上下さかさまに取りついていたのでシャワーヘッドが固定できず。＋ドライバーがあれば交換できるが道具がなかったので不便でした。次の方の為には交換してあげてください。 2件目は施設写真の中にコーヒーだったかお茶のセットが写っていたものがあった様ですが、無かったので朝急いでコンビニへ買いに行きました。最初からなければ持参したのにと女性陣が言っていた。

JR노선에서 가깝고 주변 관광지와 가까움!

주변 관광지가 자전거 타고 10분 거리이며 주변이 조용하고 넓은 객실을 이용할수 있어서 좋았음. 특히 욕조가 있어 편함.

Wonderful Shukusai Art stay in Tofukuji

Webpage photos of the residence are authentic. Staff Kelly-san was so helpful with the luggage, replacing the faulty pocket wifi & advising where to find food and transport. The house in a residential area is new. The interior is very spacious with classy fittings. Good size living room with modern kitchen top & 2-door fridge. Separate toilet & big bathroom with digital bath temp control. 4 futons in a huge room with sliding partition doors to divide room in half for privacy if needed. Another room for 2 paxs beside the living room we used for luggage hold. River bank in front of the house is great for a stroll. Stayed 1 night but it was the best accommodation for my entire Kyoto tour.
