A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Kuta! We had an amazing stay at Avanya Resort Bali Kuta. The location is perfect — close to the beach yet peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The pool area is stunning, and the breakfast spread was delicious. A perfect blend of luxury and Balinese hospitality. Highly recommended!

The Bandha is a beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff and excellent facilities. However, that being said, I think we were quite unlucky with two issues. Firstly, our flight from the UK landed at 3pm and after arriving at the hotel at 5pm we were told that our room would not be ready until 8pm. The complimentary airport shuttle was a wonderful sight at our 1.30am pickup. Lovely quiet, clean spacious room. Good breakfast plenty of choice and nice outdoors seating.

This was our first time at the Magani and the outstanding customer service blew us away. We have stayed at higher end hotel with poorer service. The lobby is bright and spacious as are the rooms. So if you come to Bali it’s got to be the Magani simply for the smiles and the level of customer care! Well done and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Bali Kuta. The hotel was spotlessly clean and perfectly located in the heart of Kuta, right next to the stylish Beachwalk Shopping Center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We travelled around Bali and stayed in several places, but the service from the Marriott staff here was by far the best. We would happily stay again!

Rama Residence Padma is an amazing hotel for those coming to Bali and wishing to stay in the Legian/Seminyak area. The location is situated a few minutes from the beach, the hotel has a lovely pool and lounge area and great amenities. However, the real USP is the customer service - the staff are helpful and friendly and for a hotel so reasonably priced this really sets it apart from some of its higher priced competitors. This hotel was superbly situated in South Kuta. Very quiet and beautiful hotel but walk out of the hotel complex and it's full of life. Fantastic to be able to meet and talk to loads of local people. Many tourists here also, but meeting lots of local folk from Bali/Kuta was a real pleasure. Everyone was so welcoming and warm. We loved it here and will definitely be back.

The hotel is tucked away nicely and you forget you’re in busy Kuta, however it’s close enough to everything. Every member of staff in the hotel were warm, welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and quiet, the staff are helpful and friendly and it is so convenient to get off a late night international flight and walk to your room. We always stay at this hotel on our arrival into Bali and are always happy.

The Stones Hotel is a Sheer delight The staff all super friendly kind and helpful. The food was tasty, and we ate breakfast lunch and dinner and all three meals were delicious and fresh. I highly recommend the breakfast- the coffee is sensational…… I am not mad about coffee- I’m a fussy coffee drinker-but these were incredible-smooth (no bitter aftertaste) and was keen for breakfast every day because of these coffee’s- made to order and perfection. The hotel has beautiful views and it is next to Kuta beach making it easier to roam around the town. The hotel has a nice Italian cafe and serves one of the best pastas i have ever had. I would also recommend the spa, it was delightful. Completely recommend the hotel and I would definitely come back.

The hotel is very nice. What makes this hotel nice The staff are friendly, helpful and polite, They would do anything for you. The room was amazing, spacious, clean and the bed was very comfy, Room service is available and at a reasonable price. The restaurant at the bottom and at the roof top had a good selection of food and cocktails.The price were reasonable.A life DJ plays some cool tunes at breakfast, not to loud, just perfect. The gym and the roof top swimming pool were a bonus....

A quiet and beautiful haven just off a busy street of bars and shops, and only a short walk from the beach. For the price, this resort provides outstanding value. Amenities were excellent (although our fridge didn't work). Wifi worked well too. The private pool and garden were beautiful. and the staff were extremely attentive, professional and kind.
