Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. The environment was quiet and the location is near a shopping mall, which is convenient for shopping and food hunting. 😊 However, I found a hair in my plate during the breakfast buffet. I hope the team can be more careful when handling food to ensure better hygiene in the future.

Everything about this hotel surprised us! Staff were fantastic, like really great. Rooms clean and modern. Great shower, great pillows and great bed. House keeping staff - excellent. I’ve been travelling for fourty years and this was one of my best ever experiences in and level of hotel. Came for two weeks here and stayed a month. Will definitely return on our next trip. Did I mention the staff at Aloft? Lol

We had a very pleasant stay at Aloft Bali Kuta at Beachwalk. The location is excellent — directly connected to Beachwalk Shopping Center and within easy walking distance to Kuta Beach, which made everything extremely convenient. The staff were professional and responsive throughout our stay. They kindly accommodated our early check-out request, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast service was attentive and well-managed. While the food quality was average rather than exceptional, the overall dining experience was comfortable thanks to the staff’s hospitality. We upgraded our room to a garden view, and it was absolutely worth it. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, providing a nice contrast to the lively surroundings of Kuta. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The combination of location, service, and room upgrade made it a positive experience, and we would consider staying again.
