this is not a real hotel. You will see when you arrive at the place. It's within an apartment complex and there is no lobby. You have to contact someone to come and get you and lead you to your room. They couldn't print out a copy of my final bill, so said they would e-mail. I haven't received it and there's no e-mail to contact them, just a Malaysian number which is no use as I'm back in the UK

Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur
Room was clean. And staff was great! Excellent location of the hotel too. Highly recommend! Only down side was the pool closed at 9pm, and we like to swim later.
