Séjour très agréable malgré une 1ere nuit réveillée par de drôle de bruit. Nous avons changer de chambre dès le lendemain grâce à un personnel très souriant et très agréable et avons pû pleinement profiter de ce bel hôtel. Une belle rencontre également avec une famille de singes et des toucans, que de bonw souvenirs.

Overall good but...

Overall a good experience. The weak points are the condition of the room we were given. It was clean but the furniture and the entrance door really show their age. The water never really gets hot in the shower. Bed mattress is hard and not really comfy. The door was almost impossible to lock from the inside. Soundproofing is not good although we weren't bothered in the middle of the night. The strong points: the restaurant is really good and not expensive. The staff is nice and polite and tries their best to make you feel comfortable. There is also a nice little swimming pool for residents. So yes, a good experience overall but for a 3,5 stars hotel and the price you pay for it, you would expect better looking amenities.

Home away from home

We booked the junior villa for 5 nights following a hectic 10 days at the start to the trip. The room and hotel location were excellently situated and breakfast was good with plenty of options (including a few strange additions to a Western palette (curry, noodles etc)). The hotel offered a series of luxuries such as a four poster double bed, outside shower, daily beach towels and complimentary water. Easily reachable for Railay East Pier, walking street and the spectacular Railay West Beach. Would recommend without hesitation for anyone looking for a relaxing break in Railay.

schönes HOtel mit mässigem Service

Das Hotel liegt perfekt gelegen und ist in wenigen Minuten von beiden Piers erreichbar. Der Pool und die Zimmer sind sehr gut, der Service des Hotels ist sowohl im Restaurant wie auch an der Reception ausbaufähig. Beim Essen wird man kaum bedient und die Leuten scheinen wie eingeschüchtert. Für 2 Nächte aber schon zu empfehlen.

Greeted with a very warm welcome at check in. The room was very nice. Cozy, clean, spacious, and cute. There was a patio with comfy chairs and a table to hang out on. Inside there was a nice lounge chair and a window seat. Breakfast buffet was included with my room. I only stayed here for one day/night but hope to come back again and stay at the resort longer. Was able to store bags after check out, explore the area and be able to use a shower before heading to the airport. That was great. The staff was very nice, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was very central and close to the main walking street with many bars, places to get food, shops. Great spot! I highly recommend!

Villas near the beach/pool were very noisy due to the constant motor boat traffic to/from the nearby pier. We asked to be moved further from the pier and found our villa in the garden to be much quieter.

When we arrivied we were given a room that looked nothing like the photos viewed on expedia that we used to book. Those are suites/premuim rooms which was not made clear therefore we were quite disappointed upon arriving. Further, twice the water stopped mid shower, the a/c vent was flithy, the light shades were cracked and damaged, there was a stale smell in the room and we were woken up by extremely loud music which went on until 1am. This is just not what we expected. There are a limited number of chairs/ umbrellas but the pool however the staff was accommodating in finding an sunbrella once seats became available. Once we relayed our disappointment to the staff - they upgraded us to a very nice suite. No complaints about the suite - it was lovely and fresh and clean and absolutely met our expectations. I would recommend booking a suite if you are going to stay at this property.

Very nice hotel, although the bathroom could do with some renovations. And it would be nice if they put lights on the stairs so you could see at night! The staff was lovely. Pool was great. Breakfast was good. Other food was just OK. Our favorite restaurant by far was the Indian food on the west side. All the other restaurants around are just ok. Overall nice place if you want to lay by the pool & relax!

The location of this hotel and the Railey peninsula in general is amazing.Yes it does get busy on the two most scenic beaches,but its still worth staying for a few nights to explore the area.The staff were very nice,but the hotel could do with some updating.The pool area was quiet and i dont remember any noise from the longtail boats

The bed is really hard !!! the hotel is at east beach and you can’t swim so you need to walk. Is the hotel in Thailande that I pay the most expensive price and i don’t see the difference with the hotel that a pay 50$ CAD and i pay 125$

Way overpriced for what it is. On the significantly less beautiful side of Railey Beach East, aloof staff (with exception of front desk, they were always helpful and kind), disappointing breakfast spread with lukewarm coffee. I think had it been priced more reasonably, all of this would have been insignificant but unfortunately, I can not recommend this
