Great location, employees very helpful. Restaurants, bars, shopping, atm all within 3-5 min walk. Beach 8-10 minute walk. Very friendly.

Room condition isn’t good. No hard soap provided. No telephone line in the room to call basic services and we had to walk a long way to get to the front desk for anything. The service was poor. When I asked for basic service like filling up shower gel in the late afternoon, the receptionist’s first reaction was that sorry our room service staff has already gone. I had to insist on just getting the gel bottle and I can fill it up in our room. The only thing good about this place is the breakfast.

accueil bof bof, déjà quand vous arriver il y avait personne pour vous accueillir, fallu attendre 10-15 mins. Après l’accueil n’était pas du tout chaleureux comme on avait eu l’expérience dans les hôtels précédents Bcp de magasin ainsi que de restaurants choix à go go. La plage est super belle si vous voulez faire l’excursion à des 4 îles c super beau. Attention au coups de soleils. ;)

Sunkigt rum med AC rakt mot sängen som inte gick att reglera. Inget värdeskåp och stora glipor under dörren. Gamla filtar i enkellakan som täcken, fuktskador i taket och en toalett som inte fungerade som den borde. Frukosten var ok, men utbudet väldigt litet. Många badar i heltäckande kläder i poolen och jag såg ingen som duschade före bad. Riktigt otrevlig tjej i receptionen, resterande personal var dock trevlig. Relativt bra läge, men för samma pengar kan man få betydligt bättre boende i Ao Nang.

2 weeks stay

A nice hotel with very friendly staff. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Also convenient with taxi-, washing and exchange service. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Would stay here again.

Location was good. A 10 - 15 mins walk away from the beach, nearby to a 7-11, supermarket. Easy to find halal food which is important for us. Family room is big which is quite spacious. We were staying in the new building so the toilet in the family room is bigger abit. Swimming pool was deep so it was fun. Towel is very absorbant which I like. Front desk however is closed at night and there is no room service. Room is clean. But there is mosquitos here and there at times.

Terrible experience

The first thing nobody tells you about is that there is major construction going on next doors high rise. On some days this went on until 11pm. There was always lots of noise as there were many groups of Russians who stayed up late partying. As far as the room: the shower fixture was leaking so it made the bathroom floor constantly wet. The sink and toilet had major cracks and those were fixed using packing tape. After complaining to management I got my room moved. The new room had ants and mosquitoes and the maid sprayed for those. The TV hardly worked and the room furniture was very outdated. It is difficult to sleep between the noisy guests, the construction, and the loud music of the nearby bars.

Trevligt hotell

Super hjälpsam och trevlig personal, rekommenderar den nybyggda sidan till höger om poolen framför den äldre till vänster. Den till vänster störs av ett hotell bygge och hade en del mygg inne. Högra sidan var fräsch, tyst och sköna sängar! Pool finns men användes inte av många, stranden är bara en kort promenad ifrån ! God frukost !

Hotel is very clean and well maintained.

Travelled with family and accomodation, hotel and public transportation were readily available. Hotel staffs are helpful in advising us about the island hopping trip and day trip. My kids love the sandwich provided for breakfast.
