"One of our best experiences ever. Ching is amazing, and attentive, helpful and so so so kind. The villa itself is wonderful. Its beautiful and big. I do wish they had conditioner available as is always needed after a day in the sea + pool. but that is just such a minor gripe. We had arranged for breakfast each day (delicious), and dinner one night (amazingggggggggggggggg), and nightly spa treatments (divinee). Ching also helped us with a phi phi island private tour, which was perfect....

The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. "Wife and I had an amazing time at the resort, we stayed in a deluxe pool villa. Room was incredible, super private and very upscale. Resort was clean, staff were great! Only downside is that if you are staying for a week, you may get a little bored as the Island itself does not have a ton going on. If relaxing is your goal, this is the place!!! pro tip, skip the massage on property and walk less than 100' down the beach, they are a third of the price @ 400 baht for full one hour beachside massage."
