"I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about our stay being that it's "communal" but it was a great experience. Everyone we crossed paths with was very pleasant and I love how everything is organized and rules are everywhere. Parking was not an issue like mentioned, you just have to communicate with one another.
The area was nice and quiet, our bedroom was clean and the beds were comfy! Thank you for having us!"

"The house is nice and quite beautiful, well located. The only downside is the lack of a garage space. Actually, there is, but there are very few spaces considering the number of bedrooms and guests the house accommodates. So if you don't have a space in the garage, you'll need to park in the condominium parking lot, which is considerably far from the house, and you'll have to walk there and back."

"Check in was smooth and even met the owner who was very friendly. Rooms were modern and clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. Really enjoyed my experience. I’ve ever go back to Kissimmee. I will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel. Plenty of parking and a nice little pool."

"The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, that was the only highlight of my stay. The rooms felt very outdated and did not seem clean at all, which made it uncomfortable to relax. Overall, the condition of the hotel was far below what I was expecting. The breakfast was extremely basic, with very limited options and little to offer.
Honestly, I would not return. The stay was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations in any way....

"Old wall AC that was loud and sounded like it was going to

In the shower the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were nearly empty and when you pushed the level to disperse chunks of product came out. Totally gross. I went and purchased my own cleaning supplies to wipe the counters off in the room. The lady that checked me in was a bit rude on the phone when I told her I was on my way but when I met...

"nothing like the pictures. That's ok with me, I just wish i had a better idea of what i was stepping into. No bugs or anything, but the hidden "self clean" fee was somewhat evil, and probably why one of the towels-- when unfurled, had mysterious brown stains on it. I wouldn't stay at this hotel alone or for any other reasons besides business. Maybe i just had a worse room, or they forgot to clean my towels or bedding before i arrived, but i wouldv'e appreciaeted if they were more transparent...
