"My stay at Trailborn Surf & Sound was overall very enjoyable. The room was comfortable, and the view of the ocean was truly exceptional—one of the highlights of the trip. The atmosphere by the pool was relaxing, and the drinks were excellent, adding to the overall experience.However, I did notice that the bathroom upkeep fell short of the standard I expected. The showerheads and the bathroom vent were noticeably dirty, and there appeared to be some type of buildup or growth on the bathroom’s sliding door. These issues made the bathroom feel unpleasant despite the otherwise great stay.With improved attention to bathroom maintenance, this property has the potential to offer an outstanding experience from start to finish."

"Overall the hotel was a great experience. The only ding I had was the elevator. We were there for 6 days and only one elevator worked. For the last two days the working elevator would violently shake while moving and at one point the doors didn’t open fully at first for us. Others said that the broken elevator had been down since January. So the wait to ride it was long and the obvious safety issue was a real concern. They kept making excuses but they had multiple days to fix it with no real plan to do so. Again, the rest of the stay was great, just FIX THE ELEVATOR for safety’s sake!"

"We had a wonderful stay! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and everything felt like it was at a very high standard. We truly enjoyed our time here and had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily come back again!"
