"This property is located in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi. We had an adjoining room which gave our 15 year old plenty of privacy and space. The breakfast buffet was a bit congested due to the limited space. The front desk staff was very accommodating and kind. You just can't beat the location."

"Worst hotel ever. The restroom was moldy, beddings/pillows were not fresh with many stains and tears. The towels were old and looked like rags.
