"Beautiful place, with excellent staff. We were unluckily because they celebrate weddings and we arrive with a wedding on-going. The music was fine (not too loud) the guest were fine, normal noise for a wedding. The kids fron the wedding were under our window, playing shouting and screaming (normal for kids) but it was very late night and very early morninig so we did not have too much rest. We will come back but we will make sure is not a wedding day."

"Set in a most beautiful part of the Malverns, this hotel is quaint and full of charm. The food is excellent and all staff are helpful and welcoming. We stayed here whilst visiting the Autumn Show and are planning to stay here again next year. "

"Fantastic place to stay! Greeted by a couple of really nice chaps at Reception, unexpected upgrade from a Comfort Double to Junior Suite. The room was very nice and spacious! Plenty of plugs and ports to charge at convenient places. Coffee machine and fruit teas were a welcome bonus. There was a fan in the room as there is no aircon. I have 2 suggestions to make the room better. First that as the shower is over the bath, a handle to support in and out given how slippery it is. Second, the...
