The only but was that when I tried to access the skyview to take some photos apparently you need to reserve for the teppanyaki restaurant, or that what I understood from the lady that shooed me (very politely) away :)"
"The Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel is a hidden gem in my opinion. The location is fantastic (a few metres from Shin Yokohama station) and there are great shops and restaurants around the hotel.
The staff could not have been friendlier and service was excellent.
The rooms were huge by Japan standards and well equipped with a lovely sitting area. We booked two adjoining rooms for the family.
Overall I would definitely stay here again and I thought for the price the hotel was amazing!!"
"Love the place! Food and groceries are not too far of a walk, not too many people walking around like Tokyo or Shibuya. Recommend for people that want to explore Japan without all of people around "
"Ultra luxurious. Breakfast at the italian restaurant was the most elegant I've ever had in a hotel. Room is very large by Japanese standards - even by western standards it is a good size. Huge walk in closet and ultra modern bathroom. Wow."
