We stayed 2 nights and drove into Ubud the first night (about 20 minutes by car) and then on Saturday drove to Kintamani. Perfect location for seeing the area. I had trouble finding the location, the address in Bali is not as exact as I anticipated, so I kind of had to guess the closest landmark when I booked a transport. "We had the poolside rooms to be able to enjoy a swim easily. What we didn’t realise was that the pool didn’t receive much sunshine and the water was too cold to swim. Such a shame as we paid extra for the rooms and couldn’t use the pool. Everything else was great but would not stay again for this reason."
