"An excellent hotel"

"Its an old hotel thats not needs a renovation badly. Town rack fell, knobb came of bathroom door and the bathtub didnt drain properly. Carpet coming up in the corners of the room an looks worn. Windows shades are filthy, bathroom vanity the wood is warn badly. Will never stay here again. The price is way to high per night to stay here. Its location is perfect though, and lobby looked nice. But I will never stay there again."

"The view was nice! There was noise because of work outside and the balcony was small to me! But the view is amazing, the room service was excellent and the hotel is beautiful. Valet is great! I expected more from the room like a welcome with my name on the screen, room control features (curtains, etc), Netflix perhaps! It was a nice stay but absolutely not impressed! "

"Great location. On site parking made it easy to get in and out. Thursday night trivia and happy hour at the bar was fun. Hotel restaurant was good quality!"

"We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and comfort offered. The only issue was the dead bolt on our door would not allow the door to close at times. Once, my husband was able to lift and and turn it to fix it. The other time was at our departure and we were unable to get it fixed. We notified hotel personnel and they mentioned that they do stick sometimes and there is some trick to get them to unlock so the door can shut. This seems like an important detail to fix!"
