The hotel was clean and comfortable (saw a few stains on a curtain in my room but everything else was very clean). They provided a shuttle to and from the hotel to the airport. That was really nice. They do have restaurants inside the hotel that you are able to use room services for or dine in services. It was a good short stay with a nice view.

Cleaning staff was great; front desk not so much. Huge parking lot filled most of the time; $15/day parking fee was unexpected. Keep clicking and you find its disclosure. Far from visible. Rate suggests a nice place; wall paper peeling off in hallways, light switches have short timers, window drapes don't close all the way ( sun is coming in whether desired or not ), a ton of piddling little things that spray doubt whether the hotel considers itself in the hospitality business.

Didn't use any of the restaurants or anything just stayed one night? But everything was clean, comfortable, and I was totally satisfied with my accommodations. The only small issue I had was that the elevator didn't appear to be connecting to the 4th floor and I had to wait for another person to come out so I could get on eventually, I figured out that I can press up (I was on the fourth floor) and go to the fifth floor and then come down so that worked; no big deal , though.

I am a big fan of DoubleTree by Hilton hotels!! From the greeting & the cookie, to the cleanliness & organizing of the staff... it has always been a go-to. What I did find odd was that there were no towel bars to hang anything on. I could not hang my wet towel to dry nor the robe & hair towel I travel with. Additionally, the tv only worked the first evening. Moving forward with my 2 nights stay, the tv popped up with a connection error each time I attempted to use. Even after turning off and trying again. Otherwise, the rest of my stay was nice and everything in order as expected.

If you fly into Dulles this place is perfect. If you fly in to raegan in DC take the metro train to dulles Airport then wait for the shuttle. It's a 3 mile walk from the innovation center stop that doesn't look that far on a map. The good news though is the staff are super nice and will give you water and a cookie when you arrive at the doubletree after that walk. The breakfast was buffet style and was good I think it averaged about $24 with tip but pretty much anything that isn't fast food will now days. The eggs were Scrambled the bacon was bacon and the fruit was fresh! Everything was clean and the staff were nice and helpful.

Lovely airport hotel. Very quiet. Good breakfast selection. Definitely book the breakfast before your staff. Great shuttle bus from the airport on the 15 and 45 and travelling to the airport on the hour and 30 mins. Rooms are quite and the bathrooms clean.

The sheets are clean and the room itself was clean. I had a terrible experience with the guest next door and upstairs. They made lots of thumping noise after midnight. I had a toilet leak, made me late for work. Front desk did not give me parking credit as offered and charged me parking charges.
