"Bathroom plumbing is somewhat dated and doesn't work as best as it should. The cabinetry/ doors in bedrooms gets a bit warped due to the constant humidity. The concrete surfaces around the swimming pool area are quite dirty and need a good power washing weekly due to the heavy foot traffic. Doesn't appear to ever be properly cleaned."
