"Very old property. Had a room upstairs right next to the stairs. Other guests were dragging suitcases up right next to our open window. Very noisy. Had to keep windows open because it was very warm and there was NO AC! And no elevator for us to get our luggage to our room. Fortunately someone helped us as we are in our late sixties. "I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I paid for a specific room type, but when I arrived, I was placed in a lower category room. The front desk initially insisted I was mistaken and made me feel like the error was mine. After spending time trying to sort it out, they finally admitted they had booked me into the wrong room. To make matters worse, the room I had actually paid for wasn’t even available until the following day, meaning I had to spend my first night in a room I never...

"Staff not very welcoming made ride comment. Room not as expected. Paid for ocean view and got partial ocean view and ended up changing rooms three times. Expensive prices for average food."

"Resort was great, 4-5 pools and a couple of hot tubs to choose from. Rooms are clean, there is some renovation being do r on the property so you will hear construction noise from time to time. Overall, we had a great experience."

"Free breakfast every morning was good and helpful. My kids loved the pool. There were a few cats on the property who were sweet and my kids loved that too. Chickens and a few peacocks came around in the morning from another property but it was really cool, the birds are friendly but have no boundaries. Our room was perfect for our family, 2queens and a twin. The staff was all very friendly and super helpful. The property is in a pretty quiet area. If we get to go back to hawaii we will stay here...

"Nice place! Would've used the coffee machine but it wasn't the most clean, and the fridge had a smell so we didn't end up using that either, other than that, it's a nice place to stay. Great views!"
