The owner, the girl managing the front desk, told us everything we need to know, where to eat, where to shop, what activities are good, where to park, and more. She booked a volcano tour for us, we loved it. She arranged an airport-to-port transfer for us, basically, if you ask, she knows it and will help you. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. "We just came back from a week at Marillia Village and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel grounds are beautiful and our room was really lovely and a great size for a family of 4, the outdoor area and jacuzzi was lovely.
The hotel is peaceful, the pool area was quiet and not busy/overcrowded with plenty of sunbeds. A very chilled out friendly atmosphere.
The breakfast was very nice.
The bar/restaurant we used a lot during the day and the staff are fantastic.
We hired a car and saw a lot of the island in the evenings with Marillia being in a easy location to reach and also a couple of minutes away from the beach with plenty of restaurants and beach clubs.
We would love to visit again and highly recommend to anyone wanting a more relaxing stay away from the crowds of Oia and Fira."
