"We booked a 5-night stay at Chanalai Flora and had a great experience. We asked for a quiet room, and the hotel went above and beyond by upgrading us to a better and quieter room. All of the employees were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff always greeted you with a smile and went more than the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The surroundings were beautiful rainforest, pathways always clean and bright. The buildings were like beautiful palaces of yesteryear, decorated with magnificent carved wooden screens and furniture. Nothing was too much to ask. The spa offered many treatments including massages and facials. Best way to feel totally spoiled! The pool was clean and pleasant and the bar staff were fun. Poolside cocktails are great!!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at Avista Grande Karon! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel has fantastic amenities, beautiful facilities and everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options every morning. Diamond and Jayant were fantastic every morning. Special shout out to the pool bar crew Khai and Tuk. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Avista Grande Karon. We can’t wait to come back! 🌴✨"

"The staff was very nice and accommodating to me and my family. I ask for a treat for my daughter’s first birthday and the had a lovely birthday cake and message on the bed when we arrived. Very nice breakfast, and not far from the major attractions."
