Rude guests - the staff work so hard and are really attentive, it was a shame to see how rude some 'entitled' people can be.
No pool slides - we did know this and it would have made the pool area more rowdy, but my teens got a bit bored after a couple of days.

"This is our third stay at the Resa and it feels like home from home. The hotel is situated 50 m from the Marina and surrounded by amazing restaurants/bars/cafés and shops.
The hotel itself is modern and the rooms have everything you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
What Expedia doesn't tell you is they have a sister hotel with a full spa and 2X swimming pools one of which is Olympic size and they will take you there free of charge to use those facilities in one of their golf...

"A very enjoyable stay at Casa Lumar for our getaway, added with it being adults only, only helped with the relaxation.
Parking is great when within 7am to 7pm but outside of these hours the road is blocked so you will have to park 1 minute away on the road which is ok as not far at all.

"Great all you can eat food with Turkish and international cuisine, great rooms, clean and comfortable beds. Best all inclusive resort I ever stayed. I stayed in hundreds of resorts for work (as an auditor for hotel chains) and pleasure around the world, and this was a great experience.
