"Really nice place I booked a harbor view but it was a little underwhelming. I got an “upgrade” which meant a move from 22nd floor to the 10th floor. Also the pool was empty so no swimming. Two reason I am a little annoyed that I paid the amount I did only to not get a view or a pool. Had they said the pool is not working I would have gone somewhere else."
