The first expression I had for this hotel was their staff. They were all helpful and super polite! The location is great for transportations, shoppings, and a lot of activities. The only drawback is that the hotel is outdated. The year-old stains inside the bathroom aren’t very pleasant.

The rooms are starting to show their age. The bathroom faucets all have signs of wear and tear, and the carpet is clearly worn. Should be an easy fix when they re-decorate. Also the balconies should be improved so they can be useable in good weather. Currently they are simply locked which is a waste. The swimming pool is closed whenever it rains, so they should build an indoor pool instead. Parking lot smells.

Horrible, lack of cleaning and maintenance

Shocking! Cleanliness is not good, dust everywhere. Outdated room and lack of maintenance everywhere. Laundry facility is besides gym, the dryer needed to be clean - do I did it! Wardrobe doors falling and noise. Toilet: door noisy, wc very loud, smells like dampness, ventilation is bad. Towel in bad condition. Won’t be coming again. Shocking!!

地下室停車已滿，但是飯店外圍很近有一塊空地引導我們過去停車ok,四人房房間沒有浴缸，但是有120公分戲水泳池很夠，還有看到一場美人魚表演跟小孩互動很棒，位置絕佳離駁二很近
