"Avoid this hotel."

"I am very particular about the hotels I stay in and the most important thing I look for is the cleanliness. This hotel topped everything I’ve been in the last 28 days of hotel rooms. I thought it was a brand new hotel, but it was actually built in 2020. Here are the things I liked most about this hotel: Spacious rooms with a sitting area, usually a fold out couch. A rolling table under the desk that is very handy for different things. The push button blackout curtains, the long counter area for luggage or bags, also drawers to put clothes in. I love the showers in the room that I had. The breakfast was another level up from the typical “hotel breakfast” with a few additional options. Service was very good. Victoria at check-in was extremely efficient and friendly and Sheila at checkout was as well. Susan managed the breakfast and did a great job of it. Location was also very good as it was just off of highway 96 going around Wichita. Numerous eating places just blocks away. If I’m ever in this area again, I would definitely stay here. Excellent experience overall."

"Did not have breakfast, though it is usually satisfactory, our room is always very clean, and the Saltwater pool will be open soon. Our only recent problem are the mattresses seem to be extra firm, and some beds vary from soft to hard from top/bottom, left right."

"All areas of the motel we were in were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options. While we didn’t use it, I found it interesting that BBQ grills were available for guest to use and that several different cooking tools were available to use if needed."

"The breakfast was mediocre and I stayed there a couple of years ago and it was excellent. Specifically, the oatmeal wasn't really edible- one giant dry lump there in the pot... made the rest of the presentation so so. "

"My parents stayed at this hotel and both of them fell in the slippery bathtub. My dad is badly injured with possible broken ribs. They complained to mgmt. I, their daughter, will be flying to pick them up as they are unable to continue their vacation and contacting a lawyer as well. "
