"Amazing scenery and helpful staff."

"My wife and I had an amazing time during our visit here! It’s conveniently right next to the gondola to take you to Lake Oeschinensee! We also loved using their private Sauna. The staff was very helpful and the room was amazing!"

"Great location! So beautiful and welcoming. We have never been happier to find such a wonderful place to return to trip after trip!"

"Amazing location"

"My favorite stay in Switzerland."

"Good"

"I loved our stay, the room was great and the view from the room was fantastic. Bathroom and shower was really small but the water pressure was excellent. Very nice helpful staff. Uphill walk to the train station was tough with luggage. Glad we stayed in Spiez. Very low key without the hustle and bustle of Interlaken. Would stay here again."

"Very nice stay with incredible view and great location. Wonderful staff, especially Louisa, who went out of her way to guide us toward best things to do in Interlaken."

"Great hotel. Wonderful view from the balcony."

"Beautiful property."

"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). Electric sockets in hotel were not...

"Amazing view. Very nice accommodations. Convenient access to the Schilthorn Gondola. The only downside is that room 26 is directly below the restaurant, which was noisy because chairs slid on the floor until 10:30. Restaurant was convenient and had very good food. They let me order and take food to room because my spouse was ill. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"Great hotel! Excellent location and view! Tasty breakfast!"

"Phenomenal place and the location next to the train station was perfect! Would absolutely stay here again."
