Breakfast needs more options! Shuttles should be available for all flights with your passengers!! We had to wait over an hour for the shuttle once we landed!! Not a good start of a vacation! Television needs attention, ours kept saying no signal on most channels!! I spoke with the front desk but no one came to check it! Most hotels offer apps!! We were on our Honeymoon and wanted to lay in and watch television, but couldn’t enjoy that! Also, this hotel is pretty far off from most tourists attractions so I wouldn’t recommend it to tourists! Uber/ Lyft cost is a pretty penny!

We were on the first floor and it was very noisy- we could hear the gym equipment from two rooms away, the cleaning staff was extremely noisy (on same floor and above), entrance door to our complex did not close properly.
Bed was comfortable and room was a nice size.
Breakfast was crowded, noisy and busy, and you were not allowed to take food back to your room.
The hotel is in a great location and walkable to the wharf and other scenic areas.
