"Before you book this apartment there are a few things you need to consider. It is about 25 min walk to the main molo area with shops and restaurants. I would not recommend driving.  It is hard to find parking downtown and you have to pay for parking. The local grocery store is about 15 min walk. The only nice thing about this apartment is that it is close to the beach about 3 min walk. You have to pay for parking for the time you stay there. "Excellent but 1 downer. The coffee system at breakfast which I was told is to be fixed. After a 30-minute wait for coffee and the lone machine would still not work, a member of the staff did make a cup of coffee for me. Besides that, a most pleasant stay."

"after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place. to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump...
