Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it.

Ok, but but a bit dull inside.

Hello, in response to your service request: It would be nice if the information at the hotel also included the English language. It was difficult to understand what services were offered. Preferably better English among the staff. No one greeted you when you entered or left the hotel, could have been more welcoming. The breakfast was very nice and offered a lot. No change of towels during several days and we got no cleaning the second day at all, could have been better. Balcony with others. High seeling. The beds was hard, not comfortable.

Das Zimmer hatte keine zwei einzelne betten, sondern zusammen geschoben zu 1,60 m breites Bett mit besucherritze. Meine Matratze war Steinhart. Ich wünschte einen Topper. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption kannte keinen topper. Ich erhielt eine zweite decke zum unterlegen. An der Rezeption gab es keine Auskunft über die Angebote des Hotels??? Wir mussten das spa usw. Suchen. Das Wasser des wirpools war kalt also keine Entspannung. Die zwei Saunen im Haupthaus sind für Max 2 Personen, dort stand ich in der Schlange. Es gab auch nur 4 Liegen. Abendessen sowie das Restaurant schließt um 19:00 Uhr, auch das wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt. Beim Frühstück bat ich um Spiegelei gegen Bezahlung, es gab keine sondern nur Rührei aus Konzentrat. Wir hatten eine Massage gebucht und mein Mann bekam Durchfall vom Frühstück. Ich fragte ob ich die Massage übernehmen kann, dass wurde verneint. Die Mitarbeiterin meinte die Massage wird storniert. Am Ende musste ich die Massage bezahlen obwohl ich dafür keine Leistung erhielt. Die rezeptionistion war sehr pampig . Ich fühlte mich unverstanden und ausgenutzt als nur „ Wochenende Gast“. Die Entfernung zum Strand und Promenade beträgt 20 Minuten in schnellem Schritt. Von mir gibt es keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel. Ich werde jenes nicht wieder buchen.

Wir waren zu dritt in einem Deluxe Apartment und haben ein Wellness- Wochenende hier verbracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück reichhaltig und das Apartment geräumig und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Som et ungt par fandt vi hotellet lidt oudated og umoderne. Vi brugte ikke faciliteterne på hotellet. Stort udvalg til morgenmad men mange mennesker. Vores studio var lige ud til p plads med meget larm og folk, der stod og røg. Der var meget lys om natten pga ikke dækkende gardiner. Parkering var let. Placeringen af hotellet var mellem by og promenade. Kort gå afstand til stranden/promenaden med meget liv.
