Great location

Nice hotel with a great view of the ocean. As many hotels do, this also has a great deal of perfume everywhere, which is too powerful and not allergy friendly.

Our stay was nice, but not more than that. It was actually a bit disappointing for a five stars Hilton hotel. On the first shower we found out that it was clogged, the Shampoo bottle was empty and the shower gel was mixed with water. We called the reception and the staff responded quick so it was okay…but yet not such a great experience to start your stay. The water park is very nice but having only one hour free was also very (!!) disappointing, since there is no other alternative for pool there (with small child). I would expect from a five stars hotel that claims to have a pool to provide better terms for its guests. Breakfast was good but lacked some basic foods, dinner was very good. Location is super!!!

Einfahrt erfolgt über eine Schranke, das Ticket welches man erhält gibt man dann einfach an der Rezeption ab. Check in/out sehr unkompliziert, Parkplatz kann vor Ort gebucht werden - für die Wartezeit stehen Parkplätze vorm Hotel zur Verfügung (15min Parken). Die Ein/Ausfahrt mit dem Auto, während des Aufenthaltes, erfolgt mit der Zimmerkarte. Zimmer wie auf den Bildern, wirklich super! Ausstattung ist top, Service für Reinigung und die Sauberkeit ebenso top! Die Bar und das Frühstück im Hotel ist wunderbar. Das Restaurant ist ok, ein wenig teuer - außerhalb des Hotels ist es günstiger und ggf. sogar besser. Das Hotel ist wirklich in einer extrem guten Lage, besser geht’s nicht. Würde ich immer wieder buchen und kann es jedem empfehlen.

Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich. Für 5 Sterne sehr schwach. Es wurde nicht darauf geachtet wenn die Platten leer waren. Es war wenig Auswahl. Das Parken viel zu teuer mit 27 euro pro Tag .

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich , das Zimmer war sehr dreckig . Im Spa gab es nur eine Sauna - auch hier waren die Damen sehr sehr unfreundlich . Ich habe mich überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt in diesem 5 Sterne Hotel und würde es nie wieder buchen und NICHT empfehlen !

Super Lage, viele Restaurants im Hotel und in der Umgebung. Etwas kompliziertes anfahren mit dem Auto, da der Parkbereich für 4-5 Hotels gedacht ist. Auch der Aquapark wird mit den anderen Hotels geteilt und nur eine Stunde Aufenthalt täglich ist kostenlos, wer länger bleiben möchte zahlt je nach Saison eine Gebühr. Beim hoteleigenen Spa-Bereich gibt es zwei Whirlpools die super sind. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wer draußen sitzt sollte sein Essen nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen, da die Möwen gerne mitessen.

Insgesamt ein neues, schönes und komfortables Hotel. Ein toller Wasserpark. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, könnte aber besser sein (keine große Auswahl an Säften, flüssiger Haferbrei usw.). Zu den Nachteilen würde ich Folgendes zählen: 1) In den Zimmern kann die Temperatur nicht mit Hilfe der Klimaanlage reguliert werden. 2) Der Strand ist über den Sand schwer zu erreichen. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sollten Holzstege zum Strand angelegt werden, und (absolut notwendig!) beim Verlassen des Strandes sollten Duschen und Wasserhähne zum Waschen der Füße vorhanden sein.
