"Upon arrival the area looked like a museum and we felt like we were trespassing on sacred lands. Rooms were nice and the TV had a variety of entertainment options (unlike the previous place which only played CNN for us US folks). Short walk to the main area and the view was amazing of the city. Highly recommend"

"This was my second time staying at this hotel and it won’t be my last! The property is easy to get to from Kyoto station, the staff are all so friendly and professional, the amenities are great, rooms are clean and comfortable. The onsen is one of my favorite things about staying here. The breakfast is excellent too!"

"The best hotel I have ever stayed in Osaka and great value for the price. Within walking distance from Shin-Ōsaka Station in a nice, quiet neighbourhood which is a good respite every night after all the hustle and bustle of Namba and Umeda. Rooms were immaculate and there are complimentary amenities and drinks daily. Excellent breakfast. Special mention to the public bath and sauna on the 3/F."
