6/10 Okay

"Excellent breakfast and comfortable mattress. Pillow were too thick and high for our liking. View is amazing but the hotel pool is basically a plunge pool and located right outside the lower level rooms so not a great location. Staff is friendly and very kind. Excellent AC. The hotel needs some TLC and is a bit worn so I suggest too expensive for what is offered. The bathrooms need a better cleaning as the shower drain was plugged and the bathtub is rusty and dirty. A good cleaning is needed. The door also need a second lock from the inside for security at night."

"It was not a good experience, the reception staff were rude and sometimes aggressive! The room was not very clean, room service did not deliver pizza after 10pm! The one bar closed at 10 and the other had no ambience at all, the two staff were seating on the bar with their phones, we walked in and walked out without a greeting from them. I made 3 requests at reception and none executed, like can I have 2 wine glasses to my room? Never arrived! We will never stay at this hotel again."

"the bed was horrible, made it difficult to sleep. i've stayed in plenty of hotels around the world and this was the worst. i needed multiple massages after sleeping in that bed. horrible quality. check in was also so long for no reason. we waited over an hour for our room and was harassed by one of the club representative trying to sell us a membership. she was very negative and left a bad taste to the welcoming"
