"have stayed a few times, always a good stay .only downside this time was I had interior room, no windows...like a dungeon except for that as usual the hotel never disappoints. staff wonderful, friendly and polite, breakfast 100% perfect...lobby bar area very nice and comfortable..."

"The executive room I got was spacious, but it was a bit dirty and run down. The laminate floors looked nice, but were sticky, rather dirty and had a funny smell, as if someone puked before. The room had a "toilet sewage" smell from time to time. The reception was kind enough for provide air fresheners which helped. Aircon position isn't suitable and rather warm in the room. Big & modern TV. Breakfast was OK, but less satisfactory on 2nd day due to an event occupying the top floor."

"This hotel has a strategic location, my sister stayed here back in 2017 and was quite impressed by this property? however, this time we can see that the hotel has been under maintained, you can see the furniture in the room are worn out and lack of cleanliness e.g dust all over the lamp case and coffee table, yellow stained toilet seat, stained on the linen and the curtain. This hotel has lots of potential however needs lots of improvement on the Housekeeping side. I worked in the hotel myself,...
