"The hotel staff were very courteous and welcoming. Pleasantly surprised to receive free gifts from the hotel during check in - 2 water bottles and a bag. The hotel was very thoughtful in providing special amenities - sunblock lotion, after sun spray, sanitizer, insect repellant. They also provided some cocktail mixes for you to try in the hotel room. Their shampoo and body soap smelt so nice as they used customised essential oils. Breakfast has a great selection of bread, juices, mains. Dinner at The Dome was very delicious too. At checkout, they gave another surprise by giving us wrist bands. Simply enjoyed the vibe of the hotel and the care they put into recycling or upcycling waste."

"This is a great hotel that offers exceptional value for money. The breakfast inclusion was very generous and the food delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive and always willing to help. Don’t stay here if you don’t like being surrounded by nature though. We had lots of different bugs in our room included a crab twice. It’s an eco hotel so that’s to be expected and for the price we found this hotel to be fantastic. I’d highly recommended."

"Overall good hotel, quiet place and friend staff. The rooms were clean and well kept although there was a slightly overpowering smell of bleach which the staff quickly tried to remedy with an additional AC unit. The onsite restaurant had an array of dishes which were nice (not amazing). Ubud centre is a 20 min walk or short taxi away although this is up and down a relatively steep hill. The hotel offers a shuttle bus at specific times although traffic is usually packed. Nice restaurants close by and plenty of things to do in the area."

"Our stay at the Adiwana Alas Harum was absolutely incredible and made our anniversary trip to Bali unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond, especially when we accidentally booked the wrong dates. They were so accommodating and helped us without making the situation stressful, which meant a lot to us. The room was exactly what I hoped for-- beautiful, peaceful, romantic, and perfect for celebrating out anniversary. The jungle views and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a dream. The couples massage and flower bath at the spa were amazing and honestly on the highlights of our trip. It was relaxing, luxurious, and such a perfect experience for us a couple. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and every single staff member made us feel welcome. Everyone greeted us with kindness and genuine hospitality every time we walked around the property. You can tell they truly care about the guest experience. This place gave us memories we'll never forget and we would absolutely stay here again. "Was an amazing stay everyone was so friendly and greeted us every day when we walked out and in each time. It was our anniversary and every time they clean the room they wrote happy anniversary and did some sort of cute little message each time. When we were leaving, we did have trouble getting a grab to the address we needed to go to and they were more than happy to help us book through another app and got us there safe. The breakfast in the mornings was amazing and very accommodating to allergies. "
