"The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. "Amazing resort. Fantastic room, beautiful pool and great food. I stayed a lot of nice high end places during my years of travel. I would say this place is tops all. I received the best service ever. The only down side is that this place is rather far from Bali airport and shopping districts. Yes taxi/Grab are available but the traffic congestion is unreal. On the other hand, if you are looking for peaceful / stay in resort vacation, this is it."

"We (myself and young daughter) stayed in a villa with a pool and valley view and loved it. You really feel like you’re transported to a magical Balinese wonderland here. The attention to details is apparent. The staff is so lovely and service is impeccable. The monkeys made our stay in this particular room very interesting, but don’t stay in a valley view room if you’re not keen on some rambunctious morning visitors. They make an excellent natural alarm clock."

"Great ocean view and infinity pools. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast at the restaurant and watching sunset at the beach bar. Buggy service takes you to the street and easy access to the beach. One thing to note is the lower floors (especially ground and first floor in the main building) don’t have much privacy as they directly face the two pools but the ocean view makes up for it."

"Clean place and helpful staff. However, the breakfast was disappointing — I could barely find anything to eat. In the mornings, all breakfast tables were occupied, so we had to eat in the lobby. I also think the refrigerator in the room was not working properly, as it seemed to shut off when we left the room or turned off the lights. As a result, our food went bad."
