"Excellent staff, service and central location. Very close to subway station that connects to all over Seoul. Airport bus stops on same side of street as hotel and within a 2min walk to hotel. Great breakfast buffet to start the day. 5min walk to Myeongdong shopping and night life, but far enough from the noise. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Happy with my stay here. Room was spacious and housekeeping attended daily, leaving bottles of water in the mini fridge. I didn’t try out the breakfast here however I did use the convenience store located on the 1st floor which was always well stocked and had lots of different snacks to try. Quick check in and check out process. The hotel is a short walk to the metro station and Myeongdong shopping street. "

Highlights include: -Direct bus to the airport from the entrance of the hotel -Excellent room conditions ans a beautiful view -staff that are very helpful and kind, including the cleaning teams -amenities that helped me relax and recover from long days exploring Seoul -walking distance to tourist fav shops like Olive Young and others near DDP station -and so much more! "The hotel staff were excellent and friendly. The hotel has great amenities and is in a great location. A point for improvement is around the cleaning of the room. Some days our bins were emptied and other days not, cups were not always cleaned or replaced and water not restocked. Breakfast spread was great. As someone with allergens could benefit from an allergen menu, although staff tried to be the most accommodating. Our room was on the third floor and there was some noise in the mornings from the neighbouring building where there are reversing vehicles. All things considered, lovely hotel."

"The room was clean, cleanliness could be improved in the showers. Good air conditioning and amazing location. Walking distance to gwangjang market and myeongdong. I would make sure to bring your own slippers as they only provide reusable ones that seems to have been used by previous guests. There is a vending machine for other disposables."
