"The staff were very accomadating and friendly and went out of there way to give me a good experience even tho they couldnt speak english. unfortunately this place is right next to an adult entertainment building so i wouldnt recommend this location to families or people who are skiddish of such things otherwise this a great place to stay at on a budget."
"Very unique place if you'd like to see what a retired love hotel looks like. Pachinko machine in the room but we never pligged it in. The room was larger than expected, almost like a studio suite. There was karaoke next door if you wanted to try it! "
"If you're arriving late from overseas to the airport, this is a great option to rest before heading to Osaka or Kyoto. It was incredibly close to the station and easy to find."

"Very conveniently located, less than 5 minutes to the international terminal. The business family room is very spacious and on the 11th floor which is very quiet . Lawson convenience store located at 2nd floor . "
"We loved our layover 1 night stay at Star gates hotel with free water for us was a super plus. The rooms are dated but they are super clean and huge for Japan room sizing. All 4 of us got a bed which was opposite of all our previous hotels. Best view of Japan and we will visit and state at star gates hotel again. Staff was amazing and we had them hold our luggage’s while we walk the local shopping mall. "
"One of my best ever hotel experiences. Great staff all around. Large, clean room & bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast. Plentiful amenities (in room coffee & tea, bathroom necessities, etc.) along with complimentary jelly snacks & free ice pops in the public bath area. Great (free) washing machine & inexpensive dryer. Would definitely stay here again."
