A conexão era instável ou simplesmente não funcionava, e infelizmente a equipe do hotel não demonstrou interesse real em resolver a situação, tratando o problema com pouca atenção e senso de urgência. Além disso, o café da manhã era muito limitado. Havia poucas opções, e parecia haver uma preocupação excessiva em restringir ou controlar o que era oferecido, o que tornou a experiência pouco agradável e abaixo do esperado para...

Para que tudo fosse perfeito, faria micro ajustes (considerando este tipo de hotel boutique): disponibilizar água cortesia na acomodação, roupões de banho e que os quartos tivessem mais opções de suportes no banheiro para que toalhas...
