Hotel was beautiful, but unfortunately unprofessional service. They are a bit unorganized for a 5-star hotel. For example, I booked a massage and received confirmation, but when I showed up to the appointment the masseuse already had other appointments and mine was not scheduled. It was unfortunate because I planned my night around it and the hotel did nothing to compensate for it and showed little remorse.

Very noisy place. They rent the bar on premises to other non hotel guests for parties. Very difficult to get a good rest and would not recommend this place. Staff friendly, little English but poorly organized property.
