"The room is clean, and the property is well-maintained. The room pictures matched the actual room. The check-in & check-out process was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions. "We were given a room with a balcony and view of the harbour, which was a very nice surprise. One morning, the staff called a taxi for us, which was also very helpful. We were not able to use the $35 Expedia voucher for the restaurant, because we did not stay in Vancouver long enough, and we were not able to pass on the voucher to anyone else to use, so that was a little disappointing."

"I was travelling solo so I was very picky with choosing a place to stay. I am so happy that I chose Granville House B&B. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Randy. The place and room was clean and nicely decorated. Randy was very helpful with information and places to see and visit. My room was amazing. I had everything I needed and more. "Very quiet despite being near Denman St. Hard to find a news channel on the Rolu tv or any useful channel. Rooms were clean and it is new. great kitchen. Room cleaning didnt hapen the day we were told but did the next day. A bit expensive for the area."

"Overall a very nice hotel in a convenient location. Didn't feel "luxury" to me per see, but it was nice. Very clean. The service was attentive and friendly. My only big complaint is a weird one - they had sliding bathroom doors in our room with no locks and at many points they would spontaneously ope while someone was using the toilet, making for an unnecessarily awkward experience. They should change those doors."
