Clean room. Family friendly. Nice Staff.

Perfect hotel! It’s is perfectly placed next to everything you need and walking distance to the station. The hotel itself is very clean, spacious with great views, very classy and very nice staff. You can see the property is well kept and cared for. I will certainly stay here again without any hesitation on my next visit and stay in Kobe. The room was huge, especially by Japanese standards. Also one thing I loved was how the aircon kept a very comfortable atmosphere in the room, including the...

Could not fault this hotel excellent

Breakfast was good clean hotel nice staff and good pool

A fabulous hotel. The attention to detail and attentiveness of the staff was outstanding. Our room was large & comfortable- everything we needed to relax after a busy few days sightseeing.

Room excellent with very comfortable bed. Staff very helpful.

Close to station

I spent 10 nights in the hotel..staff were very helpful at all times..Room was cleaned twice a day..Hotel is comfortable, very clean with lots of options for dinning..it is also very close to a big train station with direct access to Kansai airport..a shopping Mall nearby and a supermarket as well.

All with drinks included - and that meant champagne (yes, not cava or prosecco). A great space to unwind after the hectic Osaka street scene. Highly recommended.

Very clean, big choice of food on breakfast, helpfull staff. Great access to city via subway and trains.

There is an abundance to choose from and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay.

The 'staff' (monks) were excellent, from start to finish, and really added to the experience. They were attentive, warm, and friendly. The room had a typical ryokan layout and was comfortable. As it was so warm I rolled up the duvet and used that as a pillow instead which meant I slept well. The opportunity to attend morning...
