The private catamaran experience was a highlight, and the entire trip felt special from start to finish. David and Zelma were incredibly helpful and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. The resort itself is beautiful with great aesthetics, stunning ocean views, and a perfect beachfront location. Food was not good for the cost of the stay. Typical Mexican food. Rib eye was a quarter inch thick. They say all inclusive but then you have to pay for sake, oysters, lobster, and other things. The staff was excellent and very polite. Overall, it was an OK experience, but less than expected for the price point. I would not stay there again.

WOWWW… I would give this place 10 starts if I could! We were blown away by the beautiful views, the delicious food and the phenomenal service. From the moment we got to the dock, it was absolutely amazing. The catamaran ride was so relaxing and beautiful. Our butlers, ERICK & EDGAR were AMAZING. So attentive & so helpful. They made the whole trip go by so smoothly. Showed us around the resort and booking/canceling reservations. They were there for anything we needed. Alicia & Janita at the spa gave us amazing massages. One of the best massages of our lives & we get them often. Isaac was so fun!! He was there during the night time events like karaoke night and the fire show & he was just so fun and nice. Honestly, everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. We truly felt like royalty. They went above and beyond to make sure we were having an amazing time. Renting a golf cart is a MUST. The south point of the island is stunnning! Pay the $8 to go down for a closer look. We went downtown too and ate at Lola Valentinaβ€” amazing! As far as food goes, UNIK was our favorite. Their breakfast is delicious and for dinner we loved their beef filet, short ribs and their soups! The cacao coffee shop was great as well. We got the ocean view signature room. It was beautiful! The AC actually worked very well unlike most hotels/resorts where it’s either too cold or too hot. The beds were so comfy & I’m very picky about that. This resort has set the bar very high for future travel!

From time of arrival, to leaving this property the property itself and the staff met and exceeded all of our expectations. Never have we stayed at a resort where the staff made sure your trip was perfect! Our butlers David and Angel-top notch! The weather was trying to act out on our departure date, and everyone at the resort stayed in communication with us and went to great lengths to ensure we made it to the mainland to make our early flight. From Raul and the wait staff near the beach and pool, to Eduardo at the coffee shop, to the excellent house cleaning staff, to the customer service relations manager, and butlers David and Angel-we were greatly taken care of. This resort gets zero complaints from us. We look forward to seeing you all again soon. Thank you dearly and keep up the amazing work.

Fantastic hotel for a couples get away. Service was great, room was comfortable, food was good. The best part though, was the views! Really enjoyed the variety of outdoor space. Whether you're looking for quiet seclusion or an upbeat environment, you can find it hear. The island itself was wonderful too!

worth it, excellent choice

Very nice hotel. Service was excellent, all employees are very cordial and go beyond their means to help you in any way. Food was very good, well presented and properly balanced. have several infinity pools and a nice beach enclosure to avoid waves.

Absolutely incredible stay! The service was outstanding and the room and the views throughout the resort were stunning. Thank you to Martin and Erick for taking care of us every day and Julio kept us smiling and our drinks full by the pool every day! Can’t wait to go back!
