Nice hotel, great location to attractions, easy access to parking. Fun pub scene happens in front of the hotel. Sometimes it was hard to sleep due to noise from local pubs.

On the plus side, the location is excellent and the staff was very polite and helpful. However, the in room safe did not function, there was a wad of hair in the shower, the top of the desk was nasty sticky and the reception area of the hotel had very soiled carpet as well as furniture that was very much past its expiration! Too much for this!

Nice place to stay in the centre not far from the train station lovely view of the river. Could have done with more teabags in the room and more plug sockets. Food was good becareful of coach tours as you may be sat in the lobby at breakfast because they filled out the restaurant

This hotel is in a fantastic location in central Inverness with access to shops, tourist destinations, trains, buses plus the hotel has good parking facilities. The staff are helpful and attentive, but the premises are tired and jaded. Our room at the front was incredibly noisy, making sleep difficult and with windows shut far too hot. An expensive privelige room had only two plug points at the opposite side of the room to the bed. Torn carpets and worn furniture hardly represented top room status. The wash basin in the bathroom was far too small for a proper wash or shave. This could be a great hotel with appropriate investment and care. As a regular user of Accor Hotels over the years this hotel was a disappointment in most aspects apart from great location and staff who provided as good a service as they could.
