"Convenient"

"We had a great stay. The highlight was the convenience of being attached to the airport. After a long travel day, it was so nice to never have to step outside to get to the hotel. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and we felt safe. We also had dinner at the hotel downstairs and it was excellent. The staff during dinner was kind, welcoming, and attentive. "I called for help and front desk promised to come but never showed up. The electric cattle wasn't working."

"The property is a 3 minute drive from the airport but it's not walkable, so you must take one of their shuttles which drives every 15 minutes. The hotel itself is nice but the heater in my room wasn't working."

"I booked on Expedia but there must have been a glitch in the system.The booking reflected one instead of two occupants. That meant that only my husband could have breakfast. Even through the room was expensive the staff didn’t try to resolve the issue so I could have breakfast. When we went to grab a Bolt downtown for 200 Zar, the front door staff tried discouraging us saying it could be dangerous and wanted to hook us up with a taxi for 600 Zar. "The staff went above and beyond for us during out stay at Airport Tower Lodge. They helped us out in several ways and showed great hospitality. Also, the place is VERY unique. It looks like a Spanish style villa--very interesting and in a safe area. I feel like the name, "Airport Tower Lodge" does not really convey the architecturally interesting place that it is. There is no free airport shuttle, but the staff organized one on our behalf. It is around 25USD each way."
