"I wanted to not believe some of the reviews but unfortunately some were true. I found a baby roach under the telephone in the room, and it was suppose to be their renovated room, the floors in the room were not clean, took a baby wipe to swipe it was filthy so we kept our socks on. Was suppose to be a one night stay, we ended up leaving after we enjoyed the waterpark. I just felt itchy staying in the room to be honest and our home isn’t far from Orlando so we left. We definitely would pay to use the waterpark only but highly unlikely we will attempt to stay over in their room. Waterpark is well kept from what we saw and my kids and husband enjoyed that piece of it. Please do better with providing cleaner floors and pest control. People pay money to stay here, we don’t want to leave with any bugs we didn’t come to hotel with."

"Such a great resort, room was awesome good layout clean and loved the pool and was quiet in the room at night, nice pool bar and great universal store in the lobby. Shuttle buses were always on time and had room. We would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Unfortunately, our recent stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, we discovered cockroaches in our room. Instead of immediately moving us, we were asked if we wanted someone to come spray the room the next morning. We were eventually moved to a different room in another building, but this should have been handled much better from the start. Another major issue was the hotel shuttle service. The website advertised shuttles to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Disney parks, which was the main reason we booked this hotel. However, when we arrived, the shuttle desk informed us they only provide transportation to Universal. This was extremely misleading and caused additional transportation expenses during our trip. We also had problems at the breakfast buffet. The first day we were incorrectly charged for a child breakfast, and the second day we were charged for adult breakfasts instead. When we tried to address the issue, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Overall, between the cleanliness concerns, misleading amenities, and poor customer service, this stay did not meet expectations. "
