The room is smaller than the average American hotel, but considerably spacier than a Japanese hotel. Facilities were very clean and new. Laundry service is randomly busy. On a weekday at 4 am, there were 8 people trying to use the laundry machines. However, a few days later, there was no one using the laundry from 6 am - 2 pm. I appreciate how one of the laundry machines take card, however, keep in mind that will be the most popular machine. Be prepared to use 100 yen coins only to pay for the others. "

"A thoughtful long stay option, which had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Ideal location being so close to Ueno Park, station(s), shops and restaurants. The hotel’s public baths with great views of the park was a standout, however could be cleaner at times. Also be mindful being long stay, rooms are not cleaned every day but trash is emptied and towels are refreshed daily, which was fine."

We need to asked the tourist centre to help before we get there. After we been to the reception, she asked if we wanted to have breakfast because that was not include in our plan. We chose not to have it. Then she stopped talked to us and kept searching from her own files to try to show us that we can have a better room and our rooms have no good view. We were sweating because we can not found the hotel. But we stay there for more than 5 mins just because she wanted to sell us a better room. I can not really understand. I chose the room and compare the other choice at home. I chose what I want and expect. If I would like to have a better view, I might not choose this hotel. And If I want a better room. I would choose and paid while I pick the room. It is not what I expect to experience when I am already at the reception of the hotel. At the end of the check-in. I can feel like that she was impatient because I listened to her and chose nothing from her. We also use the car park at the day we check-out. There are little space than I expect. We will never choose this hotel again. "
