"Traveling as a family of four with teenagers. Over priced for quality of the stay. Expected something a little nicer. Only 1 shower for all guests that was kind of run down. The feel is more of a hostel/college dorm. Host was very kind. For what the cost was was expecting much nicer accommodations."

"This property was the most tranquil stay I have ever had. I felt safe the entire time and the owner was lovely to deal with. I would like to return for a longer stay. They have everything you need too, including a hair dryer and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. We cooked our Christmas dinner in the over which was fine for two people. The property was also lovely and cosy. Not cold at all."

"It's a basic room. One shower between 4. We found the room very noisy, right next to the kitchen and dining, so a lot of clattering until late. The staff at breakfast seemed more like security, checking room numbers and watching to make sure nobody took anything. Picked for the location which was to get the bus to Landmanalugger."

"This place was absolutely beautiful! Cabin was clean and overlooked a river on one side and glacier in the distance on the other. Horses are right outside the cabin. Food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend if doing the Ring Road tour. About 20 minutes outside of Hella. Location was gorgeous!"
