Wrong charges on smoke detectors by $250 … scamming people who stayed there by saying your room smoke detector activated and you have to pay $250 . We were not in the room that time and we have to get video proof from the restaurant where we had dinner on that time and waste our whole last day in the trip !!!! Stay where ever you want other than this scamming resort who don’t have 1% of Hospitality understanding how to take care the precious costumers who give them the business!!!!! Worst stay ever!!!!!!!!!"

"Overall, it’s a nice clean hotel. We were on the third floor. During our stay the ice machine was down, not a huge deal but annoying. Water pressure was almost laughable. The mattresses were so hard. I’m not a little priss I like a firm bed, it’s a week later and I’ve still got a weird kink in my back. The pull out couch bed….just put the mattress on the floor, unless it’s a toddler then it’ll be ok! lol. Like I said overall a good enough hotel for a quick trip. Check in guy seemed in a hurry but he was nice enough. "
