Clean and comfortable accommodation, staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool was lovely. This is not in the centre of hue so required a taxi to go into the centre for food etc, this was easy to arrange and inexpensive

A Beautiful Oasis

Well, I really enjoyed my stay at Hue Riverside Boutique & Spa. The grounds were maintained well and quite beautiful and the rooms clean and comfortable. The wifi was lightning fast, too. The breakfast buffet (included) had everything a person could want. And I ended up eating dinner at the resort restaurant both nights and was pleasantly satisfied. I thoroughly enjoyed the quiet peacefulness of this riverside oasis!

Far out of town

The hotel is much further from the Imperial Palace than stated on the website. Not suitable for walking to from town. The hotel is pleasant although the swimming pool was out of use when we were there which was disappointing. The food was average and there is not really anywhere else to ear close by.

新しければ、非常に素敵な施設ですが、少々古びている、 但し、掃除は行き届いていて悪くないです、レストランでの食事も ホテルとしてはとてもリーズナブルな価格で美味しいです。 プールも快適・部屋からの川を見る景色も良いし、街まで専用船で送り迎えしてくれて楽しいです。 バスルームの照明が暗いのがちょっとね？ 又、泊まりたいです。

Nice place with great service.

It is a bit far away from the center city, a quiet place with great service. the staff who works there is very polite and they do all they can for satisfy the guests. My9 years old daughter loved the place. It looks like the pictures. A big swimming pool, a la care breakfast with the basic and some asian food.We are pleasant for how were our staying at Hue Riverside and Spa hotell :).

近河边景色不错，幽静舒適

在此酒店住了2天，感觉住客不是太好，酒店景色不錯，还包一次坐船觀光。2天早餐都没見到太多客人，实在过份幽静的。但獨享泳池也算是不错的体验。房间有点小，有些小昆蟲，但还可接受。

A truly unique experience

The service that the staff provided was just extraordinary. I never experienced anything like this before. Their level of attention and dedication to the guest's well-being was just stunning. Unfortunately the hotel is located at some distance of the city center, but you get a free boat shuttle to the center twice a day, which is very convenient. Overall the highlight of my trip!

Hue Riverside stay

Lovely hotel and fantastic staff. Good food and really nice swimming pool and gardens. Is quite remote from Hue though-there is a twice daily river boat pick up which takes 30 minutes or it's a 15 minute taxi ride. However if you want peace and quiet then this is the place! Staff are an absolute delight.

トイレの天井から水漏れがあり、翌日部屋を変えてもらいました。 同行者の部屋は天井に穴が開きカスが落ちてきました。覗きがあったのかもしれません。

Complesso immerso in una piantagione di pompelmi in riva al fiume. Personale della struttura molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione era difficile da capire in quanto bisognava comunicare la sera prima si a l'ora che quello che si voleva mangiare. Ottimo anche il ristorante.

自然に囲まれた素敵なリゾートホテル

旧市街や街中からは近くないけど、もし行きたければタクシーも安いし、シャトルボートもあるし、自転車も貸してくれるから問題ない。 一度、旧市街を見学して、後はこのホテルでプールで泳いだりゆっくり、2、3日くつろぐことを勧める。 自然を感じながらとてもリラックスして癒された。 カヤックを無料で貸してくれるのも良い。

A bit far from town, around 30mins by bike. Nice swimming pool. Staffs try their best although sometimes unable to communicate. Big breakfast with options. Just the selections sheet is confusing, always need to fill twice. No restaurants around and last shuttle boat return resort at 5pm, so you will need to have early dinner if take boat.

Hotel with a beautiful view

The location of the hotel is a little isolated - there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Nevertheless, this was not a problem as taxis were easily available.

Urlaub im Paradies

Das Hotel ist etwas abseits gelegen, aber dafür richtig paradiesisch in einem wunderschönen Palmengarten mit großem Pool! Es gibt einen Boots Shuttle, günstige Taxiverbindungen oder Fahrräder zum leihen, deshalb war die Lage kein Problem. Frühstück und Service sind super!

We stayed on the 16th feb 2016. We were the only guests. This hotel is great if you want to get away from the hussle n bussle. Its a 15 min cab ride into Hue centre. There are no restaurants or shops near this hotel... It was comfy though.

4 day stay at the Riverside

We stayed at the hotel for 4-days during our stay in Hui. The resort was great, very relaxing, although there were very few people during our stay. The rooms were nice. The hotel is a little far from the centre of the city, but there is a free shuttle bus and boat which goes from the hotel to the city. No complaints, except that only few of the staff spoke english, but that iis not that different from the other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. Can recommend this hotel if you want a reeling quiet stay a little outside of the city.
