"Stayed for 1 night. On arrival was greeted by having to shout to the reception staff as the function room was right next door with a wedding and loud music. States free breakfast on Expedia however, the hotel does not provide any breakfast. This was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel. Walked to the room through dated corridors up and down numerous steps. Corridors smelt "old" The room.....well where to start?....entry light to the room flickered on and off and if you wanted the main lights on this could not be turned off. Mould on the walls, mould around the windows, curtains thin, hanging off the rail and covered in paint, one plug socket a plug wouldn't go in fully and made an electrical fizz sound. Paint work shoddy and must have been completed by a child. The room sloped down. Bathroom.....loose sink, out of hand soap and the shower would not get warm even after playing with the controls for 10 minutes. On the plus side the kettle and WiFi worked. In need of a serious health and safety review and major update or just flattening."

"Very happy with the hotel. It is our second visit and love it. The only feedback I would give is that the breakfast buffet felt like it had been out for a while and therefore wasn't so appetising. Additionally the room still wasn't cleaned by 4pm and why they did it they did a very basi job. My friends room had the wet towels picked off from the floor and hung up rather than changing. They took our towels but didn't replace them. The bin hadn't been emptied and the bed wasn't made. Felt like a job half done. Reception staff were exceptiona."

"Literally nothing left on the breakfast buffet at 9am. No bread, or pastries, no beans or hash browns no bacon etc. To be fair to the staff they were trying their best, but clearly there is a management issue here."
